Sea Foods and Cooking Techniques

The training “Sea Foods and Cooking Techniques” was provided at Kitchen Arts Academy on 8th April, 2014.

In this event, training was provided about making Fried Shrimps with Coconut, Thai Style Sea Bream with Homemade Sweet & Sour Sauce, Sautéed Clam along with sautéed vegetables, mashed Broccoli and sauce, Mediterranean style roasted sea bass fleet, and potato food with rocket and rosemary.
