Bonded Warehousing

Bonded Warehousing services involve the retention of goods, which have entered Turkish borders from abroad but haven�t yet been granted free circulation. Transit, export and transfer services are also provided in our bonded warehouses. Our Yenibosna logistical headquarters is one of the largest bonded warehouses under jurisdiction of Halkal� Customs Administration with 8,000 m2 closed space. Mars Logistics� Textile and General Entry bonded warehouses can handle the simultaneous loading and unloading of 35 vehicles. Our experienced personnel and technologically advanced multi-equipment capacity is capable of offering customers high quality, fast and efficient service. We provide flexibility to the varying requests and needs of customers shaped by product specifications within scope of bonded warehouse regime regulations.

Regular Warehousing

As a company we strive to reduce total operational costs and improve processes along the customer supply chain structure. With this objective we offer customers pre-production (inbound) and post-production (outbound) warehousing services. At our logistical headquarters in Yenibosna or alternatively at customers� own warehouses we are capable of generating various warehousing functions including single client and shared warehousing organisations, export loading platform, cross docking and distribution centre services. As we continue investments to complete a new logistical centre on the Anatolian side of Istanbul we carry on serving customers at our Yenibosna facilities with 15,000 m2 closed warehousing space capable of bonded and regular warehousing functions. Stock Management Mars Logistics realises flawless real-time stock follow-up in addition to physical addressing and movement of stocks at our warehouses in Yenibosna, or alternatively at customers� own warehouse facilities. These services allow time efficiency and optimum use of space generating not only advantages in cost but also fast handling of products. Stock planning and control according to quality and location allows fast and efficient stock management operations.

Inventory Management

Prime issues we target in inventory management include: checking correctness of stocked inventory, enabling stock monitoring, collection and maintenance of inventory records and providing customers with strategic reports. All inventories are periodically assessed to determine stock movement during the process. Potential stock surplus or deficit information is simultaneously reported. Customers have the option of receiving inventory levels, minimum stock monitoring results, orders, forecasts, production plans and significant performance indictors in any preferred format. Alternatively, stock monitoring can be conducted in an online environment by integrating real-time data to customers� current operation system.

Order Management

The order management process kick starting with the receipt of order requests as a result of customer sales concludes with the correct and fast collection of orders from current stock and preparation for dispatch. The sophisticated technological infrastructure we use allows orders to be ready at the right time, at the right place and at the correct amount.
