A kitchen workshop that made up of “Pizzas and Salads” menu was provided by Emrah Fandakli at Soffa Wow Hotel on 4th November, 2015.
We prepared delicious menus that consist of Bresaola pizza, rocket and trimmed parmesan, Pizza funghi, porchini mushroom and fresh mozzarella, Mediterranean vegetable salad with Shrimp, walnut rocket salad seasoned with goat cheese and spice and extracted balsamic vinaigrette.
