Mars Logistics, one of Türkiye's leading logistics companies, has launched two new investments that will facilitate exports and improve service quality. With its newly opened logistics centers, Mars Logistics has taken its operational efficiency to the next level and aims to offer its customers faster and more effective solutions with its warehouses in Erzurum and Bursa, which have Authorized Consignor status.
New warehouse in Bursa with Authorized Consignor Status
The Ministry of Trade has granted Authorized Consignor Status to the 4,000 square meter Mars Logistics Bursa Logistics Center, which has recently begun operations. Following its logistics centers in Hadımköy and Tepeören, Mars Logistics can now complete export procedures in-house at its new warehouse, which has begun operating with Authorized Consignor Authorization under the Bursa Customs Office. With Authorized Consignor Authorization, export cargoes from customers in the Bursa region are sealed directly and shipped without going to the customs office.
Speaking on the subject, Mahmut Yortaç, Group President of Domestic Distribution Channels at Mars Logistics, said that, "Bursa is a region that plays a strategic role in Türkiye’s exports, particularly in the automotive and related industries. Vehicle traffic and customs congestion at the Bursa Customs Office in this region were slowing down logistics operations and negatively affecting city life. With our newly opened Bursa logistics center, we are not only simplifying our customers' export processes but also contributing to the quality of life for residents of Bursa by reducing urban traffic and environmental impact."
Yortaç stated that the primary goal of the new Bursa warehouse, which is planned to serve all sectors, is to provide integrated partial distribution, storage, export, and cross-dock services to Bursa and surrounding provinces. He added that this will bring speed and flexibility to the supply chain of companies in the region and contribute to more planned and controlled export operations.
Yortaç continued, “As Mars Logistics, we are proud to bring a logistics hub to the city of Bursa that will meet the needs and expectations of exporting companies with our new facility, where operational speed and efficiency will be at the forefront.”

Partial distribution becomes easier with the new warehouse opened in Erzurum
Expanding its service network in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, Mars Logistics has opened a new warehouse in Erzurum, following the opening of its Diyarbakır warehouse at the beginning of the year. The new Erzurum logistics center, which opened at the beginning of July, aims to provide faster deliveries to customers in the region and develop more agile solutions to meet customer needs.
Currently, the warehouse, which focuses on partial distribution, handles deliveries to shopping centers and retailers. Conducting partial distribution services locally optimizes delivery times while also contributing to trade activity in the region.
